Phyllis "Tickle" Stuart went home to her Lord and Savior on October 27, 2020. She was born in Salem, NJ on December 12, 1936 to the late Hardy and Venice (Rathbone) Smith. She was a longtime resident of Pennsville, NJ. Tickle enjoyed traveling to Disney World and The Smokey Mountains to visit family. She loved to bake and decorate cakes for her family. She was predeceased by her husband of 61 years Philip "Flip" Stuart, her parents, and her brother Bob Smith. She is survived by her son Jim Stuart (Lisa) of Mannington and her daughter Tracey Stuart of Hamilton Township, grandchildren Tyler Stuart, Jenna Hudock (Billy), Jayson Roberts, Sabourin Roberts, and Gracie Roberts, and brother Si Smith (Darlene) of Delaware. Burial will be private and a memorial service will be set at a later date.
