Obituary of Brian K. Alestock

Brian Keith Alestock, 58 years of age, from Lower Alloways Creek, NJ, passed away on December 1, 2020, in his home in Pennsville, NJ. There will be a private memorial service for the family on Saturday December 6, 2020. The family will announce later for a memorial gathering, due to the current covid restrictions. Laughrey funeral home will be handling the cremation. Brian was born in Mannington township, NJ to parents Jack and Shirley Alestock on October 12, 1962. He attended Salem high school where he graduated June of 1981. At the young age of 16 he started a job/apprenticeship with Dave Strong Upholstery. He worked as an upholsterer for most of his life. This was his true skill and calling. He completed his journey running a business with his nephew at Tack and Hammer Upholstery. From a young age he enjoyed sports from basketball, baseball, football, and even golf. Growing up with three brothers there was always a competition that had to be won. Brian enjoyed his time with his grandchildren and his daughter more than anything. They were his true pride and joy. Brian is survived by his daughter Autumn Todd, husband Phillip Todd, and his grandchildren Caleb and Holly, his father Jack Alestock, and his mother pre-deceased Shirley Alestock, his Brothers Walter Alestock and his wife pre-deceased Kim Alestock, Tom Alestock and his wife Kim, their children Ashley Ford, Justin, and Paige Alestock, Jim Alestock and wife Kathy son Jim Jr Alestock.
