Uncle Tom was truly one of a kind. I came to know him through his nephew and namesake, as an adopted niece. He introduced us to bull roasts, sat next to a 3 foot tall Energizer Bunny on a bus to bring it to my mom for her birthday, and was willing to “take a bus” to the Poconos for my daughter’s wedding (we didn’t let him!). When my husband passed away, Uncle Tom was at my side. He led a good life and I will miss him forever.
