Chelsea L. Hymer Age 32 of Pennsville, NJ passed away Tuesday June 29, 2021 at her residence. She was born in Wilmington, DE and is the daughter of Debra Hymer-Hamilton and the late Frank E Hymer (2008).
Chelsea Graduated from Pennsville High School in 2008.
Besides her mother Chelsea is survived by her daughter Riley Noell Willard, a sister, Tori N Hymer, and a brother, Frank W. Hymer of Pennsville, and her partner Steven Congleton and beloved cat, Boye!
Pre-deceased by her maternal grand parents Wheaton W. Jean and Adelia B Jean along with her paternal grandparents, Herbert M. Hymer and Laverna Hymer, many aunts uncles and cousins.
Services will be private at the convenience of the the family.
