Marsha L. Tyson, age 67 of Carneys Point, NJ died Monday October 4, 2021 at the Carneys Point Care, Carneys Point, NJ. She was born in Mannington Township, NJ and was the daughter of the late George H Schmid, Sr. and Margaret Brennen Schmid. Marsha was a lifelong Salem County resident.
Survived by her husband, Robert S. Tyson, children, Robbie Tyson and his wife Shannon of Carneys Point, Patrick Tyson and his wife Lynn of Myrtle Beach, SC, and Laura Russell and her husband Garrett of Nelsonville, OH, and 8 grandchildren, brother, Brian Schmid and his wife Lise of Carneys Point.
She was a member of the Bethel Bible Baptist Church of Carneys Point, NJ. She was also a former volunteer for the Penns Grove, Carneys Point Soccer Club. She loved to camping at the Delaware Beaches.
Predeceased by a brother, George Schmid.
Graveside services will be held 11:00 AM on Thursday October 14th at the Eglington Cemetery, Clarksboro, NJ.
