Obituary of Jessica L. Rock

Popop's Baby doll Jessica Lynn Rock 34 of Salem formally of Deepwater passed away suddenly on January 19 2022. Jessica was born March 6, 1987, in Salem County to Raymond Rock of Elkton MD. and Carol Postell of Pennsville NJ. She grew up in Deepwater, NJ residing with Brenda and the late Sidney Moore of Elkton, MD. Jessica graduated from Pennsville high in 2006. Jessica enjoyed spending time with her family and close friends. Jessica enjoyed going shopping for anything and loved going to the Jersey shore, and her favorite time of the year was spending the holidays with her family. Jessica is survived by her children Crystal Nicole and William Joseph whom she loved dearly and her little doggie Bruno. She is also survived by her Mom Mom Betty Hendrix of Newark De, step-siblings Belinda Gilbert and Sidney L Moore Jr. of Quinton NJ, April Moore and David Moore of Elkton MD., her children's father Christopher Burns and their uncle Chuck Burns, her best friend for over 15 years Mark Tarriero of Deepwater and her special friend Roy Maynard of Pennsville. She is predeceased by step mother Lori Rock and Pop Sidney Moore and Pop Pop Austin Hendrix and beloved dog Roscoe P. Coltrane. Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM on Thursday January 27th at the Laughrey Funeral Home, Pennsville, where friends may call from 10:00 to 11:00 AM prior to the service. Burial will follow at the Lawnside Cemetery, Woodstown, NJ, 896 NJ Route 45, Woodstown, NJ. Services will be performed by Reverend Caleb Ball. www.laughreyfuneralhome.com
