Janet K. Green, age 67 of Wilmington, DE died Thursday November 17, 2011 at the Heartland Hospice House, Wilmington. She was born in Pennsville and was the daughter of the late Paul and Ella Wiese Ricketts. Janet was a longtime Pennsville resident and a 1962 graduate of PMHS. She resided in Delaware for the past 20 years. She was employed as sales representative of the Nomex Division for the DuPont Company where she retired following 35 years. She also worked at Delaware Park for the past 5 years. Survived by a son, Frank DelCoglin of Wilmington, DE, sister, Lois Johnson and her husband Larry, brothers, Paul Ricketts, Gary Ricketts and his wife Patti and loved by several nieces and nephews and special friend Mike Metchnic. A Celebration of Life Service will be held 8:00 PM Tues Nov. 22 at the Laughrey Funeral Home, Pennsville, NJ where friends may call from 6:00 to 8:00 PM prior the service. Burial will be private.
