Jeffrey William Hiles, age 43, passed away on Sunday, April 22, 2012. He was born in Wilmington, DE, beloved son of William H. Hiles and Thelma (Meadows) Hiles. Jeffrey, also known as, Smiley, was a life time resident of Pennsville and was employed by J & M Mechanical Contractors. Jeffrey was an avid reader and collector of comic books, a friend to most and loved by all that knew him. Jeff is survived by his brother, Matthew C. Hiles, his wife, Sondra Hiles and loving uncle to Max, Kane and Tori. He is also survived by Aunt Mattie Meadows, several aunts, uncles, and cousins, with special thanks to Estell Stultz. Memorial services will be held Saturday April 28, 2012 at 10:00 am at Laughrey Funeral Home, Pennsville where friends may call from 9:00 to 10:00 AM prior to the service. Burial will be private.
