Obituary of Debra K. Terch

Debra Hunter Terch, age 53, passed away July 23, 2012 at Fox Chase Cancer Center with her loved ones by her side. She was born August 20, 1958 and raised in Sicklerville, NJ. She graduated from Edgewood Senior High School in 1976, Glassboro State College in 1980, and later earned her Master's degree from Wilmington University in 2004. Debbie was a lifelong educator. She served students for over thirty years throughout South Jersey, including the past ten years as a special education teacher and later as a school counselor in Salem City Schools. She loved the water, lighthouses, and mermaids, as well as cooking and camping. She was the life of any party and enjoyed spending time with friends and family. She was predeceased by her parents, Charles and Mary Hunter. She is survived by her sister, Rose Kurtz & husband, Jim, her brother, Charles Hunter; her children, Terry Terch, Jr. & wife, Alise, Jackie Terch & husband, Jake Guest, Kim Terch, and Ryan Terch; and her grandsons, Terry III, Presley, Nathan and Brayden.
