Beatrice Jean Zane, age 84 formerly of Pennsville died Saturday January 15, 2011 at the Hospice of the Valley, Scottsdale, AZ. Jean was born in Philadelphia and was the daughter of the late Charles Edwin and Violet Kirkpatrick Markman. She was a longtime Pennsville resident moving to Arizona several years ago to be will her daughter, Corinne. She was employed right after graduation from Swedesboro High School as a secretary at the DuPont Chambers Works, Deepwater, from where she retired in 1983 following many years service.Survived by a daughter, Corinne Z. Dudine of Scottsdale, AZ, and a son, John C. Zane, Carney's Point. Predeceased by her husband John J. "Jack" Zane, she is now back in Jack's arms in heaven - her most precious place to be. Also predeceased by her brother, Robert Markman and a sister, Dorothy Hanson Young. Funeral services will be private at the convenience of the family.
