Jeanette D. Stoms, age 76 of Pennsville went home to be with the Lord on Saturday January 10, 2015 at the Southgate Health Care Center. She was born in Salem and was the daughter of the late Charles and Ruth Hurlbut Diver. Jeanette was a lifelong Salem County resident.
She worked as a floral designer for 20 Years for the former Butler Gardens in LAC and the Waltons Flower Shop in Pennsville. She was a long time active member of the Trinity United Methodist Church, Pennsville. She was also a Volunteer for the Salem County Red Cross.
Survived by her husband of 56 years, Glendon L. Stoms Sr., children, Linda S. Elder and her husband Thomas of Gloucester City, and Glendon L. Stoms, Jr., and his wife Donna of New Bern, NC, sister, Gail Scott of St. Augustine, FL, grandchildren, David, Anthony, Ryan and his wife Erin, Katelyn and her Husband John, Lauren and her husband Rob, and Zachary great grandchildren, Brody, Landon and Maddox.
Funeral services will be Held 11:00 AM on Wednesday, Jan. 14, at the Trinity United Methodist Church, Pennsville where friends may call Tuesday evening from 7:00 to 9:00 PM. Burial will follow at the Eglington Cemetery, Clarksboro.
