Richard Francis Williams passed away peacefully on Wednesday, April 12, 2017 at Southgate Health Care Center. He was born on February 25, 1954. Rick was affectionately known as 'Rabbit'. He was preceded in death by Emma (mother) and Herbert (father) Williams, twin brother Ronald, brothers David and Michael. He is survived by his son Richard Williams, Jr., sister Nancy Williams, and brothers Barry, Jeffrey, and Kevin. He graduated from Pennsville Memorial High School in 1972, then he served in the Army. Michael Ogletree (friend) cared for him and provided support these last few years. Rick loved to fish with his brothers, nieces, and nephews. Rick's family appreciates the care and dignity shown Rick in his final days by Hospice. Rick will be cremated and interred at a later date.
