Obituary of Kimberly Ann Alestock

Kimberly Ann Alestock (Carpenter) age 58 of Pennsville went onto be with the Lord Jesus Christ on August 8, 2018. She was the daughter of the late William Carpenter Sr. and Marilyn Carpenter (Lugar). She was a graduate of Pennsville High School in 1977 and worked for Discover Financial for 30 years. She was an excellent bowler at Penn Bowl for many years where she eventually met her husband of 40 years Walter Alestock. They had their only son Christopher. Him and his wife Stephanie (Mattson) gave her a wonderful grandson Lincoln who calls her "Grand MOO". Kimberly was a member of Christian Life Center. She was involved with the children, youth and worship ministry. She had an infectious smile and loved to give lots of hugs. She loved to bake cakes and make food for her amazing work family at Discover with her special ingredient, love. She loved her Lord Jesus with all her heart. She always put others before herself. She kept smiling, encouraging and comforting others right till end. She was a living example of Jesus. She is survived by her loving husband Walter Alestock, their son Christopher, daughter in law Stephanie and grandson Lincoln, her sister Daphne Carpenter (Randy) Diffenbach, her brother Billy Carpenter (Melanie nee Maltman), her Aunt Carol (late John) Poeta and her father in law Jack (late Shirley) Alestock. Along with many nieces, nephews and cousins with whom she loved so much. A home going celebration will be held at Christian Life Center Viewing Monday the 13th from 7pm to 9pm Viewing Tuesday the 14th from 10 am to 11 am with services to follow.
