To the family of Mitch Mason, my wife JoAnn and I extend our most genuine prayers and thoughts toward the memory of a true Absecon hoopster legend and friend. His on-going sense of humor made many laugh over many years. Whether on the many playgrounds throughouy Atlantic County, notable JC games and his steller accomphlishments as a PHS Greyhound baskateer, Mitch did it with true compassion.
Thank you for the memories Mitch. In the same way, thank you for your obvious love of family and leadership that made a positive difference to so many of your fellow workers!
Sincerely,
Pete and JoAnn Elco

Patti and family,
Words cannot begin to describe my sorrow at the passing of Mitch. To everyone who was fortunate to have known Mitch as I did we are all feeling the loss. I have so many memories I wouldn't know where to start. I can simply say he motivated me to become a Union Officer, he supported me when I did and he was always there to answer my questions. But more importantly he was my friend! I will miss him until the day we meet again. Donna and I offer our deepest condolences to the entire family.

Patti and Family,
We are heartbroken to hear of Mitch’s passing. Lake Laurie will never be the same. Mitch was so much more than a neighbor. We will all miss him so much, Molly especially. You are in our thoughts and prayers.
Love,
Sandy, Fran, Sara, Allie, Pauly and of course, Molly

Patti and Family. Our deepest regrets from Philadelphia. For 5 years we had the pleasure of living next door to Mitch at Lake Laurie. Tranquility as Mitch taught me, so so true it was. Mtich & Patti got to see my children grow summer after summer and enjoy the LAKE just as much as they did. I spent many hours talking to Mitch through his window as we fixed to worlds problems and cheered on our Philly teams. In the winters we would text a few times a week, making each other laugh and showing how at any age a friendship can blossom. But what BIG MITCH really taught was enjoy your family. And that he did, thanks buddy. So glad he got to see the Eagles Win. You will be missed. Love Mike, Alisa, Michael , Brendan and Erin. The Jackson's .

Mitch, you were a gentle giant. I truly appreciate the friendship and how you made this Alabama boy feel welcome in New Jersey. Your laughter and dry wit was always a welcome sight at Jersey Fitness at the "ass crack of dawn" as you stated.
Bubba, I'll certainly miss you. I'll wear the gray flannel in your honor and will never forget you.
