Jacqueline E. Jack (Baldwin), age 86 and a longtime resident of Pennsville, NJ, passed away on June 4, 2020. Jackie was born in Quinton, NJ on March 14, 1934 to the late Agnes D. Baldwin (Hitchner) and J. Edgar Baldwin Sr. Jackie grew up in the town of Alloway, NJ and graduated from Woodstown High School, class of 1951. She then enrolled in the Goldey Beacom School of Business in Wilmington, DE where she was inducted into the Alpha Iota honorary business society in 1952 and graduated in 1953 with an Associate degree. Following her graduation, Jackie was hired as legal secretary to the late Salem County Judge, W. Orvyl Schalick. Jackie met Robert E. Jack from Pennsville at the Riverview Beach Park roller rink. They were married in 1956 and made their home in Pennsville. Jackie and Robert have 2 children, Eric and Dara. In 1958, Jackie became a member of the Beta Sigma Phi Sorority, Alpha Omicron Chapter, Salem, NJ. She also was a longtime member of the Pennsville Woman's Club, the Pennsville Visiting Nurses' Association, the Pennsville Historical Society, the Pennsville Republican Club and the Salem County Sportsmen's Club. She also volunteered at the Salem Memorial Hospital. Jackie enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, travelling, photography, antiquing and refinishing furniture, spending summers at the shore, boating and snowmobiling. She is predeceased by her husband, Robert E. Jack, who passed recently on May 16, 2020. She is survived by her son, Eric Jack and his wife Cori, her daughter Dara Ruiz, sister, Nancy L. Baldwin of Ocala, FL, 6 grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and cousins. A graveside service will be held on Monday, June 8, 2020, 11:00 a.m. at Eglington Cemetery in Clarksboro, NJ. In lieu of flowers, please make memorial contributions to the Alzheimer's Foundation, 322 Eighth Ave., 16th Floor, NY, NY 10001 or the Pennsville Visiting Nurses Association, 14 N. Broadway, Pennsville, NJ 08070.
