Obituary of Frederick H. Wiltsee

Frederick H. Wiltsee passed away early Monday morning the first of June, 2020, ending his long-standing battle with early onset Alzheimers disease. He was born July 12, 1949 in Woodbury, New Jersey, to Harris Wiltsee and Dorothy Shute. He completed his High School education at Clearview Regional HS in 1968 and graduated from Gloucester County College. He began a 32 year career at PSEG's Salem Generating Station in Hancocks Bridge N.J. , most of which time he worked as a Reactor Control Room Operator, and later Fred worked with INPO to develop and maintain PSEG procedure's. Fred was dearly regarded by his family and friends as a kind, intelligent, hard-working and comedic person. Fred was always smiling, and he enjoyed many interests throughout his life. He loved to golf and ski, and loved to travel. He had a passion for cars and motorcycles, and also enjoyed collecting miniature cars. He loved all kinds of music, antiques and was also an avid reader. He is survived by his children Taylor and Cody Wiltsee; ex-wife Stephanie Wiltsee; father Harris Wiltsee and step-mother June Wiltsee; his sister Kathy Powell & husband Walt; sister Nancy Kautz & husband Paul; nieces Sara Powell, Alison Ayala, Lara Kautz-Schneider & Rebecca Kautz-Hill; nephews Jay and Scott Powell. Fred was pre-deceased by his mother Dorothy Shute-Gerlack, step-father Anthony Gerlack and sister Diane Wiltsee. A Memorial Service will be scheduled at a later date to accommodate for the recent Corona virus concerns, so that all who wish to pay respects may do so at that time.
