I met Louis in 1973 at a Morrisville CPA firm where we both worked. Louis taught me basic bookkeeping and encouraged my studying accounting in college. After graduating from Temple University, I went to work for Louis at his own CPA practice in Langhorne, Pa. I learned accounting from Louis, enjoyed his frequent loud laughter, and for awhile enjoyed seeing him drive around in his corvette. A fascinating man who will be missed. Rest in peace Louis P.
