Barbara Ann Whisenant (Osborn) age 81 of Pennsville, NJ passed away peacefully at the Christiana Hospital, Newark, DE on Tuesday August 11, 2020.
She was born in Salem, New Jersey on November 9, 1938 and was the daughter of the late David Osborn and Ada Marie Hubble Osborn.
Besides her parents she is predeceased by her husband Virgil Whisenant, Sr., a brother, Roger Osborn, and baby son, Virgil Whisenant, Jr.
Survived by her children Stephanie Ricketts and her husband Paul of Pennsville, Edward Whisenant and his wife Michelle of Pennsville, Derek Whisenant and his wife Joan of Madison, TN and Dale Whisenant of Pennsville, 8 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held 12:00 PM Monday August 17th at the Laughrey Funeral Home, Pennsville, NJ where friends may call from 11:00 to 12:00 PM prior to the service. Burial will follow at the East View Cemetery, Salem, NJ.
